1/17/11 # 1 - Feb 5- Mini Meet at Exeter




400 choice
4 x 100 scull/swim by 25 - 4 different kinds of sculling
4 x 50 backstroke descend



10 x 100 with fins @ 1:45
  1. streamline dolphin kick on stomach – underwater halfway each length
  2. 3- touch freestyle drill (hip-armpit-head)



Four Rounds:
3 x 100 Free- steady pace, make interval @ ( 1:40/ 1:35/ 1:30/ 1:25)
50 easy @ 1:30



8 x 25 same stroke, no freestyle, twice through:
  1. first half fast
  2. last half fast
  3. easy
  4. fast



200 easy 3800 yards
