300 (3 x 100 IM continuous) steady – good technique
3 x 100 freestyle @ 1:30
200 (2 x 100 IM continuous) steady – good technique
2 x 100 freestyle @ 1:20
100 IM steady - good technique
1 x 100 freestyle all out
12 x 25 with fins – alternating @ 40
- dolphin kick on back
- fast butterfly (or
freestyle if needed)
300 easy 3600 yards
